Abstract:
PURPOSE: To mold powder with a reduced variation in loading the powder to obtain high-accuracy ceramics.
CONSTITUTION: Using a powder supply device provided with a feeder cup 4 having a discharge port 5 of a circular shape the minimum radius of which is 1.1-2.5 times larger than the outer radius of a required molded body, molding powder 6 is supplied to a lower mold 3 of a molding machine. A sintered body is obtained by baking the molded body.
