Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a chain type terminal part with the high yield by using a die having the structure which produces a shape that the terminal like parts arranged in two lines are opposed mutually and connected in the state of respective parts being overlapped alternately and mutually with one part along the feeding direction of the raw material.
SOLUTION: A band plate like raw material is orderly fed in a high speed press machine in a pitch of making a prescribed number of a terminals T as one unit. A forming die used in the high speed press machine is made to parallel machine two lines of automobile harness terminals P1, P2, and further, it is the structure to machine in a shape that each terminal T is connected in the state of being overlapped alternately and mutually with one part along the feeding direction (extending direction of the chain band F) of the raw material. As the result, two lines of wire harness terminal P1, P2 are obtained from one raw material and its scrap amount is reduced.
