Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a coated molded product composed of a non-PVC resin, excellent in contact feel in suede like soft touch and scratch resistance and capable of being beautifully bonded to the interior of a car, the housing of OA machinery or a household electric product and other complicated surface.
CONSTITUTION: A sheet like laminate wherein a surface layer based on a thermoplastic urethane elastomer containing elastic fine particles and a base material layer based on a thermoplastic resin are laminated is stretched in a heated state and subsequently subjected to thermal molding.
