Abstract:

To eliminate the remaining of air bubbles in the adhesive layer of a composite laminate.

At least two laminating materials A are bonded through a film-shaped adhesive B to produce a composite laminate D. In this case, a laminating process P1 alternately laminating the laminating materials A and the film like adhesive B to obtain a laminate raw material C, a degassing and bonding process P2 applying electromagnetic wave heating to the laminate raw material C obtained in the laminating process P1 in reduced pressure environment to mutually bond the laminated laminating materials A and an air supply process P3 supplying air to the reduced pressure environment after the completion of the degassing and bonding process P2 to return the reduced pressure environment to atmospheric pressure environment are provided.
