Title:
PRODUCTION OF CONCRETE FORM MADE OF THERMOPLASTIC RESIN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3429349
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the deformation of a form by supplying a reinforcing material-containing thermoplastic resin heated to its melting temp. or higher to the space between female and male molds and setting the time from the completion of the supply of said resin to the completion of mold clamping to a predetermined time or less and performing press molding under predetermined molding conditions.
CONSTITUTION: A molten reinforcing material-containing thermoplastic resin 1 heated to its melting temp. or higher is supplied to the space between female and male mods 2, 3 and both molds are clamped. The time from the completion of the supply of the resin 1 to the completion of mold clampping is set to 6sec or less. The resin 1 is subjected to press molding under molding conditions such that the flow length L of the supplied resin and the thickness T thereof after molding become 190≤L/T. By this constitution, a concrete form reduced in distortion or warpage can easily be produced.
