Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently produce a concrete product having a clean end surface.
CONSTITUTION: After a hollow tubular concrete product 2 is molded by a core frame 3 and an outer frame 4, a press ring element 15 is pressed to the end surface of the concrete product to form an annular recessed part 16 and, after the ring element 15 is drawn up, a spacer 22 protecting the end surface of the concrete product 2 so as not to break the end surface thereof is set to the formed annular recessed part 16. The press ring element 15 is again allowed to fall to push down the concrete product 2 through the spacer 22 and an outer frame 4 is relatively moved with respect to the concrete product 2 to demold the product.
