A reciprocally moving drive member 8 is connected to a form 1, and this form 1 is reciprocally moved almost horizontally without being allowed to collide with a wall surface. The inertial force acting on the ready- mixed concrete charged in the form 1 by this reciprocal motion imparts to the form 1 acceleration larger than the sticking force of the ready-mixed concrete and the molding surface of the form 1. By this constitution, the ready- mixed concrete charged in the form 1 is relatively moved with respect to the form 1 and the ready-mixed concrete coming into contact with the molding surface of the form 1 is rubbed with the molding surface. By this constitution, air bubbles of the surface of charged ready-mixed concrete are allowed to disappear.
