Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container, etc., responsive to characteristics of individual pastes and providing properties according to purposes of the final product by using a wafer material or a starch mixture, etc.
SOLUTION: This method for producing a container, a dish, a tray, a cup, etc., comprising a material, edible or usable as a feed and animally readily decomposable, e.g. a starch-based pasta material or a bread material or a wafer material comprises at least two prebaking stages and the finish baking. That is, the first prebaking in a closed mold of an increased thickness, e.g. a molding thickness of 2 times and the continuous second prebaking at a larger molding thickness (e.g. a thickness of 3 times) are carried out before the finish baking at the final molding thickness. The resultant prebaked product is then compressed to the final molding thickness to carry out finish baking.
