Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing a container-housed frozen food, enabled to eat in just cooked state by only thawing with a microwave oven in a food enabled to eat in warm state by adding a seasoning liquid containing or not containing the food ingredients to cooked rice.
CONSTITUTION: This method for producing a container-housed frozen food has a step putting a frozen main solid food on the bottom of the container, as necessary, putting a frozen subsidiary solid food on the main solid food, putting the recessed middle lid so as to cover the opening of the container on the upper part of these foods in a state in which frozen seasoning liquid containing or not containing the food ingredients is put on the upper bottom of the middle lid and further fitting the upper lid in which steam vent holes are formed on the upper face to the opening of the container, and has such a structure that vapor discharged from a solid food in thawing starts to cause convection current in the space formed between the bottom of middle lid and causes convection current together with vapor generated from the seasoning liquid in space formed between the seasoning liquid and the upper lid and then, the vapor escapes from vapor vent hole of the upper lid.
