Abstract:
PURPOSE:To speed up control of the production speed, etc., find out of abnormality, and take of a countermeasure for a fault by providing a judging means which judges whether or not equipment in a station becomes abnormal and a driving means which displays the abnormality on display parts. CONSTITUTION:The judging means 64 of a display control part judges whether or not equipment in each station becomes abnormal and if the judgement result indicates the abnormality, the abnormality is displayed at the display parts 65 - 67 on a production line monitor screen. Consequently, if abnormality occurs in the production line, an operator refers to the display contents of the display parts 65 - 67 to recognize which station the abnormality occurs to visually and directly, and then the operator switches the screen to the individual station monitor screen to recognize how large the abnormality is visually and directly.
