Abstract:

PURPOSE: To produce a crystalline slag having a high strength to utilize the slag as a building material by subjecting specific wastes to a melting treatment.

CONSTITUTION: Wastes of which the Ca content, Si content and Na content are adjusted to states comprising the weight ratio of CaO/SiO of 0.3-1.8 and the weight ratio of Na2O/CaO of 0.2-4.0 (the metals are converted into the oxides thereof) are subjected to a melting treatment.
