PURPOSE: To obtain a decorative material with improved adhesive strength efficiently and economically, by single-side printing of a sheet of base paper, applying a top coating to the printed side, impregnating its other side with a thermosetting resin, and by bonding the impregnated side of the precoat decorative paper to a base material.
