Abstract:
PURPOSE: Films of releasing agent and ultraviolet-curable resin are formed in order in the mold. Then a hardenable liquid is poured into the mold and a base sheet is placed thereon. The base, hardenable liquid material and ultraviolet-curable film are integrated, thus giving decorative sheets with unevenness faithful to the mold pattern.
