A plurality of basic double oxides are fixed to a polyester fiber structure to eliminate complex odor by successively applying the plural basic double oxides to the fiber surface or the gaps between the fibers without causing the mixing of the double oxides. The basic double oxide is preferably a composite material of oxides of two or more elements selected from Zn, Si, Ti, Fe, Al, Mg and Zr and having a BET specific surface area of ≥50m2/g and an average particle diameter of ≤5μm.
