To provide a manufacturing device for a molding material which easily stabilizes the concentration of slurry in a molding material.
A molding material preparation tank 2 is used for preparing a slurry-shaped molding material by mixing a hydraulic material-containing solid component with water. A broke slurry tank 1 is used for storing scrap wood-containing slurry. Liquid feed piping 23 is used for feeding the slurry from the broke slurry tank 1 to the molding material preparation tank 2. Circulation piping 27 is branched from the liquid feed piping 23 for feeding the slurry from the liquid feed piping 23 to the broke slurry tank 1. A densitometer T is provided at the circulation piping 27 for measuring the concentration of the slurry circulating through the circulation piping 27. The slurry stored in the broke slurry tank 1 is ventilated and circulated through the circulation piping 27 before being fed to the molding material preparation tank 2.
