Abstract:
PURPOSE:To produce and update an easy-to-see tree chart in a short time, by designating an array of plural different boxes and then obtaining the display position coordinates of each box in response to the array that is decided displayable. CONSTITUTION:A memory device 3 stores the master-slave information between boxes forming a tree structure. Based on this master-slave relationship, the display position coordinates are decided by a microcomputer for each box to be diplayed. Then the coordinate data of each decided block is stored in the device 3, and each block is dislayed to a display 4 based on the coordinate data stored in the device 3. An array of plural different boxes is designated by a keyboard input device 1, and a microcomputer 2 decides whether the designated array of boxes can be displayed at the display 4. Then the display position coordinates are obtained for each box in accordance with the array that is decided displayable.
