PURPOSE: Two or more kinds of metal oxides or their precursors in the form of powders are mixed with a lead component and other metal components and the mixture is calcined to produce the titled powder which can make sintered products with high dielectric constant and high electromechanical coupling coefficient.
CONSTITUTION: A powder of oxides containing 2 or more kinds of metal oxides or their precursors such as oxides or their precursors of Zr, Ti, Mg or Nb is prepared. The mixed powder is combined with a lead component such as PbO and one or more other metal components such as Na, Ca or Ba oxides. The mixture is calcined at 400W1,200°C to produce the titled powder. The addition of other metal components as well as the lead component, gives the title powder which can make sintered products of high dielectric constant and electromechanical coupling coefficient.
