Abstract:

PURPOSE: To produce an easily unsealable sealing material capable of being efficiently produced in which extrusion processability is excellent by using an incompatible composition comprising an ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer or the like and forming an easily unsealable sealing layer.
CONSTITUTION: An incompatible composition is used which comprises at least two kinds of polymers selected from among an ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer, its ionomer, an ethylene-unsaturated ester copolymer and a polyolefin. A composition (A) for forming an easily unsealable sealing layer in the case of mutually heat-sealing film consisting of the incompatible composition and an ethylene polymer (B) are coextruded. In the ethylene polymer (B), melt flow rate is regulated to a range within 0.5-100g/10 minute at 190°C in 2160g load and the adhesive strength for the composition (A) is ≥100g/15mm. The composition (A) and the ethylene polymer (B) are extruded and laminated so as to regulate thickness of the layer of the composition (A) to be 5-40μm.
