Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form an electroconductive film, by compounding a polyvinyl chloride resin with 1,8-diazabicyclo[5,4,0]undecene-7 (DBU).
CONSTITUTION: A black electroconductive film, specific resistance about 1010W 1012Ωcm, is formed by dissolving a polyvinyl chloride resin in tetrahydrofuran, adding dropwise, with stirring, 0.5W3% of DBU to the solution to react the components, drying the reaction mixture solution on a flat plate to obtain a brown film and pressing the film under heating to about 80W120°C.
