Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method for an electrostatic charge image developing toner excellent in fixing property, color developing property, transparency and color mixing property.
SOLUTION: This producing method of an electrostatic charge image developing toner includes a process to mix a resin particle dispersion liquid prepared by dispersing resin particles, a coloring agent dispersion liquid prepared by dispersing a coloring agent, and a release agent dispersion liquid prepared by dispersing a release agent so as to aggregated the resin particles, coloring agent and release agent into aggregated particles to obtain a dispersion liquid of aggregated particles, and a process to heat and melt the aggregated particles to produce toner particles. In this method, the release agent above described contains at least one kind of an ester of at least either 12 to 30C higher alcohols or 12 to 30C higher fatty acids. The resin particles above described contain at least two kinds of resin particles having different mol.wts.
