Abstract:

To obtain a production method of an enamel substrate in which a glass coated layer having a uniform thickness is formed all over inner wall of a metallic substrate.

A dispersing medium is obtained by adding a polyoxyethyrene deriv. in which glycerol or polyglycerol as polyhydric alcohol and an ester of oleic acid or stearic acid as fatty acid ester are used and whose mol number of addition is 15-30 when glycerol ester is used and (5m+10) to (10m+20) when polyglycerol ester is used and a degree of polymerization of the polyglycerol is (m) to a mixture of 2-propanol and water as a nonionic surfactant. The enamel substrate is produced by electrodepositing the glass coating layer on the surface of the metallc substrate in an electrodepositing liq. dispersed with glass powder GA-444 in the dispersing medium.
