PURPOSE: To obtain enzyme-containing granules having improved enzyme stability, solubility, and dispersibility in good workability, by rotating a material consisting of enzyme-containing powder and water in a specific ratio by a low- speed rotor, granulating it and regulating granules by a high-speed rotor to give globules.

CONSTITUTION: The granulator A is provided with the low-speed rotor D and the high-speed rotor B rotating in the opposite directions each other, enzyme-containing powder is fed from the material feed opening F of the granulator to it, the low-speed rotor D is rotated at about 25RPM, the enzyme-containing powder is blended by the action of the stirring blades E bent spirally between the two arms J attached to the raw-speed rotor D for about 3W5min, and water is fed from the material feed opening F to the granulator, while the high-speed rotor B is rotated at about 2,000RPM. They are blended for about 30W60sec. By using this granulator A, the material consisting of 80W91wt% enzyme-containing powder and 20W9wt% water is rotated by the low-speed rotor, and granulated, and the granules are regulated, to give globules.
