PURPOSE: To variously change the position of a decorative rib by a method wherein respective functions are separated into a primary forming machine for forming decorative rib and a secondary forming machine for forming male- and female-fitting parts at the manufacture of a composite sheet, which is produced by interposing self-adherent foamable reaction mixture between two surfacing materials.
CONSTITUTION: After being delivered from an uncoiler 3 and fed to a first loop part 7, surfacing material A is heated with a first preheater 9 and embossed pattern is continuously made on the surfacing material A with embossing rolls 10. After that, the surfacing material A is passed through a tensioners 11 and pinch rolls 13 so as to remove strain and then fed to a reversing part 15. In succession, the surfacing material A is fed through pinch rollers 14 to a primary forming machine 21 for forming decorative rib. Further, the surfacing material A is fed to a secondary forming machine 22 so as to form both end parts. Next, backing material B, onto which un-foamed mixture P is delivered, is laminated to the surfacing material so as to be made into an integral composite sheet S. At that time, since respective functions are separated into the primary and the secondary forming machines, the position of the decorative rib can be changed variously.
