Title:
PRODUCTION OF FIBER REINFORCED CEMENT PANEL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06206211
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of suction dehydration, enhance the productivity and densify the closest packing of a product structure.

CONSTITUTION: Water is added to the compounding material of a fiber reinforced cement panel consisting of an inorg. powder material such cement, silica sand or fly ash, lightweight aggregate such as foamed synthetic resin particles or pearlite and a reinforcing fiber to obtain a slurry 4 which is, in turn, supplied to a suction dehydration molding belt 1 moving at a constant speed in a layered state from a supply device 3 to produce a fiber reinforced cement panel. In this method, the slurry 4 is supplied to the molding belt 1 and pressure contact suction dehydration is applied to the upper surface of the slurry layer 4 during suction dehydration by a moisture suction device 5. Dehydration efficiency is enhanced by this pressure contact suction dehydration.
