Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fiber sheet composite having good fabric hand, high design properties and a variety of functions.
SOLUTION: The first pile layer 2A is formed on the surface of the first fiber sheet 2 by pattern-needling, while the second fiber sheet 3 is laminated on the back surface of the first fiber sheet to effect the pattern-needling thereby forming the second pile layer 3A on the surface of the first fiber sheet 2.
