To provide a film having a wedge shape in cross section having good accuracy with simple equipment by rolling this film with a pair of rollers which rotates eccentrically.
A film roll 22 wound with the film 20 of a specified thickness, which is the source for the film for laminated glass, is set in a film supplying section 12. The film 20 is wound zigzag around plural heating rollers 24 of a heating section 14 and is transferred while heated to a plastic temp. A rolling section 16 has a pair of the rolling roller 26, 28 and are disposed freely rotatably around shafts 27, 29 offcentered from the respective axial centers and are rotated around the eccentric shafts 27, 29 by the rotating force of motors. The rolling roller 26, 28 are so rotated that the inter-roll distance between the rolling rollers is gradually widened (narrowed) by the half rotation of the rolling roller 26, 28 and is gradually narrowed (widened) by the subsequent half rotation. As a result, the film 21 is gradually increased in its thickness and is and after the thickness is maximized, the thickness is gradually decreased and the film is rolled to the wedge shape.
