Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a filter plate resistant to heat and chemicals for a solid-liq. separator by extruding a molten thermoplastic synthetic resin on the section of a filtration part having a rugged groove followed by, shaping and solidifying, then cutting and machining the resin.
CONSTITUTION: A molten thermoplastic synthetic resin is passed through a mouthpiece designed to form the section of a filtration part 11 provided with a rugged groove 112, extrusion-molded, shaped and solidified to obtain an original plate. The original plate is cut to a specified size, the four sides of the filtration part 11 provided with the rugged groove 112 are clamped with a frame member 121 from both sides and fixed with a bolt 15 to form a peripheral frame 12. Meanwhile, a boss member is clamped and fixed to the four positions trisecting the diagonals of the filtration part 11 with the bolt 15 from both sides to form a boss 14, and a liq. feed port 114 is bored at a position surrounded with the bosses. Consequently, pressing and welding are excluded, the displacement of the plate is uniformized when stressed because the frame and boss are attached posteriorly, and breakage is prevented.
