CONSTITUTION: This device is constituted to form the fine metallic powder 11 by receiving molten metal 2 by a rotating body 9 and splashing the molten metal 2a by the centrifugal force of this rotating body. A stainless steel mesh 22 subjected to nickel electroplating or the heat treatment thereof or this mesh combined with a filter 23 made of glass fibers or silica fibers is combined as a means for adjusting the sizes of the fine metallic powder around the rotating body 9.
