PURPOSE: To form a base plate to be coupled to a stainless steel plate into one body and to improve durability by pressing the stainless steel disposed on the recess of one half die of die-casting dies by means of the projections in the recess of the other half die and casting molten metal therein.
CONSTITUTION: A stainless steel plate 6 is disposed in the molding recess 3 of one half die 1b, and a heater 7 is supported spacially above the plate 6. The other half die 1a is joined to the die 1b, and the plate 6 is pressed by the respective projections 4 of a molding recess 2 so that the inside surface of a hollow groove 5 is faced spacially to the heater 7. Molten metal is cast through a casting port into the recesses 2, 3, whereby a base body 8 is formed. Then, a heat radiation base 9 wherein the plate 6 couples to the body 8 in one body and the heater 7 is buried in the body 8 is constituted.
