To enable the continuous production of homogeneous dispersion liquid of a fluidizable aggregate by a method in which after a fluidizable aggregate being mixed with liquid to prepare coarse dispersion liquid, the dispersion liquid is treated to be supplied to a sealed continuous dispersing apparatus by using a forcible transportation apparatus.
When dispersion liquid, which is used in the production of coating and ink, is prepared by mixing, for example, fluidized, highly dispersive silicic acid with silicone oil and on other occasions, a fluidizable aggregate is mixed with liquid to prepare coarse dispersion liquid in the first process, and the dispersion liquid is treated to be supplied to a sealed continuous dispersing apparatus by using a forcible transportation apparatus in the second process. In this operation, the liquid 0.1-106m Pa.s in viscosity is used, and fly ash, carbon black, coal dust, or highly dispersive metal oxide, preferably a reinforcing filler having a BET surface area of at least 50m2/g, is used as the fluidizable aggregate.
