Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable mechanical continuous production of the title food and satisfy taste and variety of eating life by packing sushi rice into the outer skin of a vessel shaped puff, combining openings of the outer skin into one, subjecting the sushi rice to seasoning treatment and baking or steaming the sushi rice.
CONSTITUTION: Sushi rice 2 is packed into the outer skin 1 of a puff capable of integrating by combining the openings into one and openings of the outer skin 1 of puff and 1 are united each other and then sweetly cooked stock is sprayed on the outer skin 1 and 1 of puff with a spray 3 to carry out seasoning treatment. Then the treated food is put into an oven 4 and baked or steamed.
