Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a manufacturing method for a deformed can without damaging the inner and outer surfaces of the can body when a recessed part is formed on the side face of the can body.
CONSTITUTION: While the can body 2 filled with contents 1 is passed through a guiding hole 3a of a jig 3, a rotary roller 4 is abutted on the can body part 2a to form a bulge 2b and a plunger 5 is abutted on the bulge 2b to form the recessed part 2c. Thus, the inner and outer surfaces of the can body part 2a are not damaged.
