To improve pollution removal properties, resistance to plasticizer migration properties in the existence of high humidity and interlaminar adhesion properties by coating a polyolefin-based resin layer with an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer saponified material solution and thereafter laminating a thermoplastic resin to produce the laminate of these three materials.

In the case of producing a laminate consisting of a thermoplastic resin layer/a polyolefin resin layer/an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer saponified material layer, the polyolefin resin layer such as a high density polyethylene is coated with an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer saponified material solution and the thermoplastic resin is laminated. Accordingly, the laminate is produced in which pollution removal properties, resistance to plasticizer migration properties in the existence of high humidity and interlaminar adhesion properties are excellent. The laminate is used for a facing sheet for finishing of wallpaper and furniture, office supplies and material for the internal part of an automobile.
