PURPOSE: To obtain laminated sheet having good printing processability and release characteristics after molding, by a method wherein paper or cloth is impregnated with a thermosetting resin contg phosphorus-contg. fatty acid surfactant and dried to obtain a prepreg, a plurality of prepregs are laminated with one another, and the resulting laminate is molded at an elevated temperature under pressure.
CONSTITUTION: Phosphorus-contg. fatty acid surfactant such as lecithin is incorporated into a thermosetting resin such as a phenolic resin, an epoxy resin, a polyester resin or a melamine resin in an amount of 0.1W1wt% based on the combined weight of the surfactant and the resin. Paper, woven fabric or non-woven fabric of glass fiber, cotton, or polyamide fiber is impregnated with the thermosetting resin and dried to obtain a prepreg. A plurality of the prepregs are laminated with one another. If necessary, the resulting laminate is laminated with a sheet of copper foil having a thickness of 0.018W0.105mm and a purity of not less than 99.5%. The resulting laminate is molded at an elevated temperature under pressure to obtain the desired laminated sheet.
