Abstract:
PURPOSE: To extend a life of a form by a method wherein a platen and side plates are separatably assembled into a form, a slurry is casted into the form with reinforcing bars set to form a precured semi-plastic body, the semi-plastic body is removed from the form, the side plates are removed from the platen, and only the semi-plastic body is moved onto a wagon frame to be cured in an autoclave.
CONSTITUTION: A slurry 4 is prepared out of an ALC material 1. Reinforcing bars 7 are set in a form 16 formed by separatably assembling a platen 9 and side plates 12. The slurry 4 is casted into the form 16. The slurry 4 is expanded and cured by precuring to form a semi-plastic panel body 19. The semi-plastic body 19 is removed from the form, and the side plates 12 are separated from the platen 9 of the form 1. The semi-plastic body 19 placed on the platen is moved onto a wagon frame, stacked, and loaded in an autoclave to be cured. Therefore, since the form 16 is not loaded in the autoclave, the platen 9 is prevented from deforming or distorting and can be repeatedly used.
