PURPOSE: To make memory capacity of a control device small by writing work ing information corresponding to respective memory provided in respective components before working, and feeding to a working machine on reading out the information on starting to work for making working process perform.

CONSTITUTION: When an empty NC pallet 13 is arrived to a setup station, a working object component is set by a worker, and at the same time, a control computer 2 writes working part number of the component, working process information, NC data and so on into a memory card 27 of the NC pallet 13 via a card read/write device 4 and an antenna 15. Next, when a setup fulfillment signal is input from the keyboard 11 the control computer 2 sends the NC pallet 13 to a stocker 18 and makes the same wait on controlling an unmanned carrier cart 10, next carries the same to a buffer station 16 for reading out from the memory card 27 via an antenna 17 to transfer to a NC control unit in a NC machine 9. Memory capacity of the control unit, thus, can be made small, moreover tracking error can be prevented.
