PURPOSE: To sufficiently permeate liqueurs into the internal organs previously insufficient in permeations, for preventing putrefaction of the protein of Agkistorodon blomhoffi and obtain a liqueur of reptiles free from putrid smell thereof by pouring a liqueur into the internal organs of reptile and then immersing the internal organs in the liqueur.

CONSTITUTION: Liqueurs or alcohols are injected into the internal organs of reptiles such as Agkistorodon blomhoffi or snapping turtle, preferably using a injection and then the internal organs are dipped in the above-mentioned liqueurs to provide the objective liqueur. Furthermore, Japanese distilled spirits, whiskey, brandy, vodka, Japanese rice wine and wine are exemplified as the liqueurs.
