Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make the reaction and degree of an optical effect uniform by executing the formation of transparent electrodes on the surface of a transparent substrate by sticking a transparent film onto the transparent substrate after the formation of the transparent electrodes on the surface of said transparent film.

CONSTITUTION: ITO (In2O3-SnO2) is uniformly formed to 0.25μm thickness by magnetron sputtering on the surface of a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film and is then photoetched to obtain the transparent film 2 formed with the comb-shaped electrodes 3 on the surface of the PET film. The electrode width 30a of the electrodes 3 is 50μm and the inter-electrode width 30b is 50μm. The side of the transparent film 2 where the electrodes are not formed is then stuck by using an adhesive agent to the inside of one 1a of two sheets of sandwich glass 1a, 1b to form moon roofs, by which the transparent electrodes are uniformly formed on the inside peripheral face of the glass without misregistration between the transparent film 2 and the glass 1a on the inside of the glass 1a.
