Abstract:

PURPOSE: To produce liver-containing KARINTO (fried dough cake) rich in nutrients by using animal foods, vegetable foods and sea weeds and treating them with ozone.
CONSTITUTION: A part or the whale part of mixed food materials of various kinds of different properties are treated with ozone, then mixed with starch and baking powder, kneaded and aged one day and night, kneaded again, cut into pieces of a suitable length, fried at elevated temperature and dried spontaneously.
