PURPOSE: To improve the magnetic force of a magnet.
CONSTITUTION: As shown by the Figure 3(a), magnetic powder 22 is composed of rare earth cobalt, etc., and organic binder 21 are mixed. When the mixed molding material is injection molded while applying magnetic field in the axial or radial direction, since the magnetic powder 22 is easily displaced in the melted organic binder 21 as shown by the Figure 3(b), the easy magnetization axes of the magnetic powder 22 are oriented almost in the same direction as shown by the arrows. When the material is heated to decompose for evaporation, the organic binder 21, a compact 24 which maintains the shape only by the magnetic powder 22 is produced as shown by the Figure 3(c). When the compact 24 is baked, a sintered compact 25 whose relative concentration of the magnetic powder 22 is 95% or more is produced as shown by the Figure 3(d). When magnetized, a high-power magnetically anisotropic magnet 26 whose relative concentration of the magnetic powder 22 is high is produced as shown by the Figure 3(e).
