Abstract:

PURPOSE: To magnetically remove a material having second local order from a material having first local order by applying a low-intensity magnetic field on a powdery ferromagnetic material which is not magnetized, thereby partially magnetizing this material.

CONSTITUTION: The melt of the ferromagnetic permanent magnet material is solidified to obtain the powdery material which is not magnetized and has ferromagnetism. The low-intensity magnetic field is applied on this material to partially magnetize the material. Low induction magnetization is induced in the material having the first local order corresponding to a high magnetic energy product. The high induction magnetization is induced in the material having the second local order corresponding to a low magnetic energy product. The material having the second local order is thereby magnetically removed from the material having the first local order.
