Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce magnetic powder containing a lot of Fe4N compounds and having small coercive force and excellent soft magnetism.
CONSTITUTION: Mixed powder consisting of powder whose main constituent is α-Fe phase and powder whose main constituent is e-FexN phase (where x=2-3) and containing 7-23 atom% N on the whole is given high energy by using a crushing mixer, such as attoritor or a planetary ball mill while crushed and mixed.
