Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the process for production of the membrane module which is usable at a high temp. above a specific temp. at all times, is widened in selection of a case and separating membranes and does not cause adhesion defect, damage of the separating membranes, etc.
CONSTITUTION: This process for production of the membrane module consists in arranging the separating membranes in the case and packing an adhesive consisting of a chief material of epoxy and an amine hardener into the ends of the separating membranes, then curing the adhesive to seal the case and the ends of the separating membranes. A hardener (A) consisting of chain aliphat. polyamine and/or its denatured matter and ≥1 kinds of hardeners (B) selected from a group consisting of cyclic aliphat. polyamine, arom. polyamine and their denatured matter are mixed and the mixture is used as the amine hardener.
