CONSTITUTION: A flat sheet 1 and corrugated sheet 2 are piled, they are coiled in while opening a flat sheet tension device 3 at coiling start not applying tension to the flat sheet 1. And then, while applying tension to the flat sheet 1 so as not to generate corrugation collapse, honeycomb body 4 is formed while imparting tension to the flat sheet 1 by a tension device 3. Further, this honeycomb body 4 is held with a rubber band not to be uncoiled and placed on a coil tightening device 5, by rotating a coil tightening roll 7 by a motor 8, the honeycomb body is tightened, high bearing pressure is applied to the contact part between the flat sheet 1 and waved sheet 2. Subsequently, by setting a load to be applied to the honeycomb body 4 with a load-cell and by deciding a number of rotation of honeycomb, the prescribed bearing pressure is obtained and enough joining strength is obtained in the inner periphery of honeycomb body.
