Abstract:
To provide a production method of a decorative sheet roll allowing loose winding or slack of the decorative sheet roll.SOLUTION: A production method of a decorative sheet roll comprises a decorative sheet winding-up process, wherein the decorative sheet comprises a primer layer on a base material sheet made of at least polyolefin resin, a front surface of the decorative sheet has 40 to 100 of a ratio (Rsm/Rz) of an average length RSm and a maximum height Rz of a coarseness curve element measured by a measuring method in accordance with JIS B0601:2013, and a calculated value calculated through the following formula (1) using schmidt hammer hardness (N/mm2) of the decorative sheet roll, decorative sheet wounded-up length (m), and winding tensile force (N) upon winding up the decorative sheet is 70×103 to 220×103(N/mm2)mN.
