PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen dessert having excellent flavor, and characterized by not dripping even when a temperature becomes higher than a freezing point.SOLUTION: It is found that a not-dripping frozen dessert mainly composed of a protein having heating coagulability can be obtained, by heating and coagulating once and then freezing the protein, under the coexistence of other specific raw materials.SELECTED DRAWING: None
