Abstract:
To provide a producing technology capable of producing a high strength geopolymer molded body.SOLUTION: A production system for a geopolymer molded body includes a mixture that is composed of a first material 1 containing aluminum and silicon, a second material 2 containing at least one of alkaline hydroxide and alkaline silicate, and a third material containing a compound having hydrate, the mixture satisfying all of a first condition of containing the aluminum and the silicon, a second condition of containing at least one of the alkaline hydroxide and the alkaline silicate, and a third condition of containing the compound having hydrate; the production system comprising: a crushing step S1 of crushing the first material and the second material; a heat blending step S2 of blending while heating a fourth material 4 and a fifth material 5 respectively obtained by crushing the first material and second material in the crushing step; a compression step of S3 of compression molding the mixture to produce compressed composite; and a curing step S4 of curing the compressed composite.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
