Abstract:
To provide a production method of honey butter capable of increasing a preserving time of a product.SOLUTION: Honey butter heated to about 50°C of 50 wt.%, a gelatinizer of 1 wt.%, and butter of 49 wt.% are put in a kettle. The mixture is heated so as to keep a specified temperature of 55°C-69°C and agitated for about 10 minutes. After heating and agitation, the mixture is filled in a container for a product and the container is capped. The container is then put in a water bath and heated at about 60°C for a few scores of minute. The container is then put out of the water bath and cooled to normal temperature by wind blowing.SELECTED DRAWING: None
