Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make repairing by heating at nearly 60°C feasible without at first immersing a joint structure in an organic solvent, in the joint structure having a body member joined to a glass member via a photocurable resin layer, while retaining adhesive force of the photocurable resin layer to join the body member and the glass member.SOLUTION: In a production method of a joint structure having a glass member joined to a body member via a photocurable resin layer, a composition containing a non-radically polymerizable liquid epoxy resin of 0.1-10 mass% is used as a photoradically polymerizable acrylic resin composition for forming a photocurable resin layer, and further an epoxy resin exhibiting an epoxy equivalent of 150-500 g/ep and viscosity of 1,000-100,000 mPa s (25°C) and being compatible with the photoradically polymerizable acrylic resin composition is used as the liquid epoxy resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
