CONSTITUTION: An adhesive tape 13 is wound two times around the recess section 21 of a glass bulb 2. At this time, the adhesive tape 13 is put apart from a seal section 12 by 5mm or more. Next, a shell 6 is coupled so that its opening end section 7 covers the adhesive tape 13. Then, it is heated to 120°C under this condition to let the adhesive tape 13 foam, and the sticking work is over. Accordingly, a predetermined quantity of the adhesive can be uniformly stuck to the predetermined place on the glass bulb, the sticking strength can be stabilized without being impaired, the seal section is prevented from being broken, and furthermore an external view can be improved.
